With Pat Zanoni, local retired Marriage and Family Therapist and teacher. Pat has practiced meditation for over 30 years and describes it as essential for her physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Join Coronado SAFE every Wednesday mornings to bridge the benifits of mindful meditation and discover the science behind meditation to increase your happiness and health. Did you know meditation is scientifically proven to:
- Increase ability to manage stress
- Increase cortical thickness in areas of the brain related to paying attention
- Improve emotional regulation, memory, and focus
Wednesday morning meditation is a free weekly meeting to increase health and support within the Coronado Community. Meditation will be approximately 25 minutes long at 10:00am followed by an optional 30 minute open house to discuss experiences and have a cup of coffee, tea, or water. We hope to see you there!
