Join Coronado SAFE every Wednesday mornings to bridge the benifits of mindful meditation and discover the science behind meditation to increase your happiness and health. Did you know meditation is scientifically proven to:
- Increase ability to manage stress
- Increase cortical thickness in areas of the brain related to paying attention
- Improve emotional regulation, memory, and focus
Wednesday morning meditation is a free weekly meeting to increase health and support within the Coronado Community. Meditation will be approximately 30 minutes long at 10:00am. We hope to see you there!
