Stephanie Wolfe, Psy.D. is a passionate practitioner in the field and divides her time between clinical practice, training, and consulting. In clinical practices, she meets with adolescents, adults, and families, and uses Dialectical Behaviors Therapy (DBT) and other evidenced-based therapies. Each treatment plan is specifically catered to the individual and/or family.
In her training and consulting work, Dr. Wolfe provides local businesses and organizations with DBT informed treatment for the workplace and coaching services. In addition, she regularly provides workshops and seminars about mindfulness, mind/body connection, and the impact of social media on psychology and behavior.
Dr. Wolfe earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) from Azusa Pacific University, a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University, and has specialized training in family therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dr. Wolfe has experience working with a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems such as personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, women’s issues, relationship problems, and difficulties with work-life balance.
As a clinician and educator, Dr. Wolfe focuses on teaching awareness, behavioral skills, mindfulness, and working with clients to develop effective solutions for a healthy, balanced life. After meeting with Dr. Wolfe for a consultation, a variety of therapeutic techniques are implemented to fit your needs, whether they are organizational or personal.
