Chef Clyde Van Arsdall, professional chef with 25 years of experience and owner of 3 Squares Gourmet Catering, proudly presents Thanksgiving offerings to help you prepare for the big day! This year you can eat an amazing meal with your loved ones while giving back to the Coronado community. Chef Clyde, CHS class of ’87, recently moved back to Coronado with his children, now counting 4 generations in town. He is giving back 10% of the proceeds to Coronado SAFE, the non-profit that helps kids and families thrive.
Turkey Day Takeout
Lighten your cooking load for Thanksgiving Day this year, let Chef Clyde lend a hand! Clyde and 3 Squares Gourmet have been cooking up juicy turkeys and delectable side dishes for satisfied San Diego customers for years and are pleased to now bring their offerings to the Island.
Available menu items include roasted and fried whole turkeys, mashed potatoes and gravy, sage and cranberry dressing, sweet potato soufflé and more. Chef Clyde Van Arsdall graduated from Coronado High School in 1987.
