How do you cultivate your family's "happiness?"

In a dedicated effort to increase the power of our families in cultivating our own happiness in the home, we will kickoff the year with a free community screening of the award winning documentary, "Happy." This documentary features the work of Academy Award nominated film-maker Roko Belic as he explores the common thread of all human happiness as proven in modern science and revealed by interviews with people from all walks of life.

"Happy" features powerful scientific insights proving:

  • That happiness is largely based on perception not circumstance
  • That happiness is fostered through selfless acts of service
  • That happiness is cultivated when we are doing the things we love
  • That happiness is sustained when we are connected to our family and our larger community
